Stroke School
Stroke School is the next step for swimmers who are ready to refine technique, build endurance, and swim with greater efficiency and confidence. Built on the Starfish Aquatics Institute (SAI) curriculum, Stroke School focuses on developing strong, technically sound strokes while reinforcing the water safety skills established in Swim School.
Swimmers receive focused instruction in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, along with starts, turns, and streamlining. Lessons emphasize proper body position, breathing, timing, and coordination to help swimmers move through the water with control and efficiency. Skill progressions are structured yet flexible, allowing swimmers to advance at a pace that matches their ability and goals.
Whether preparing for swim team, improving overall fitness, or simply becoming a stronger, more confident swimmer, Stroke School provides a supportive environment where technique and confidence grow together. With trained instructors and a proven curriculum, swimmers develop the skills they need to swim farther, faster, and with greater confidence—setting the stage for a lifetime of aquatic success.
